If you require phones for your corporate account, Linda Iv is one of the best reps to deal with. Not only does she respond in a quick timely manner, she follows up and makes sure everything has been delivered just as you ordered. She definitely know's what she is doing and goes the extra mile, in a friendly relaxed way, not only is the service expert and fast, price is fair and she takes the time to educate you to recommend the right product you are searching for. I like the location of the store. More convenient than going through a large mall. A decent selection of devices but somewhat limited for accessories. Linda is a great asset to the team. Very eager to help problem solve and even if she doesn't have the answer immediately, she does not fail to follow up later. They are lucky to have this type of young talent on board.

We would actually give Linda at least a 6 out of 5! She initially called just to check in the make sure everything was going well with our account. At the time we were having an issue with another carrier, and she immediately helped us resolve that issue! Every time I have contacted her she gets back to me as soon as she can and she makes it a priority to take care of my needs. She is always a pleasure to deal with - thanks Linda!

Such a great experience with Linda! Professional, prompt and very helpful. I was buying a new phone for my daughter and Linda took care of everything, including making sure that all of the apps, photos, music et all were successfully. During the COVID-19 pandemic, store closures and inability to get through Telus technical support, Linda was there to offer assistance both by phone and email to get my new SIM card activated. She provided excellent customer service and was very responsive. Through this time of global crisis and difficulties in getting service, it is wonderful to have someone like Linda available to help out. Thank you Linda!

Linda Iv at C&I Technologies went above and beyond during our visit. She provided amazing customer service by thoroughly going over all our options, and helping us save as much as possible with our phone plan. She didn’t pressure us to buy anything, and when we were ready she was able to quickly set everything up. She even helped process an exchange when we decided we wanted a different phone. We are very happy with our new cell phone plans, and would recommend anyone to go in and chat with Linda about your mobile options!

Linda has been great to work with. She make sure everything is exactly how you want it. I have never had to wait for a response from her. Great store. My go to place for Cellular. Currently have 30 phones on our corporate account. When I need anything done I know I can call Linda to take care of things. She is very knowledgeable and is always friendly. Prompt service and straightforward answers.

If you need a corporate account for phones, Linda is defiantly the person to help you. She is very friendly and knows how to help you get the best for your business. Since I signed up, I have had no problems, and even get checked up on from time to time to make sure I am satisfied with everything. Would highly recommend!!
