I love taking classes! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend coming here if you want to try dance for the first time or if you want to continue it, you won’t regret it!

I always wanted to take dance as a child, but never had the opportunity. I was THRILLED to see there was a place for beginners over age 18 in LaCrosse! The studio is beautiful, modern, clean, and a wonderful space to go for 30 minutes of stretching, exercise, warming up, learning some dance vocabulary, and then ending in 30 minutes of learning a portion of choreography. Michelle sets it up so if you miss class, it’s no big deal because the song and choreography is new every week. Michelle is a fabulous instructor.Heidi Erickson

I highly recommend I&E Dance Studio as a place to continue dance, as a place to pick dance back up after being away for a long time, or a place to try dance for the first time. Michelle, the owner, is amazing, and the classes are life-giving for so many reasons. Can't say enough good things about my experience at this studio.

It has been such a joy to return to jazz dance after so many years, thanks to Michelle’s vision of this studio. My teenage daughters and I watched I&E at ArtSpire in La Crosse, WI. As a dancer myself, I loved their artistic style, which is to use contemporary dance to evoke images and emotions that we can relate to in our everyday lives, thereby bringing some new awareness to our choices. It felt meaningful and inventive, even for my daughters. I appreciated the creative choreography, which was sometimes pedestrian (a riff on a movement normal people do daily), but at other times, exploding with fierceness and freedom. It was fun to watch. I've taken some classes at I&E and I appreciate the commitment to high quality instruction and fresh choreography. I highly recommend supporting their work.

LOVE this studio! Being a dancer growing up, I was missing getting back into a studio space. Whether you have dance training or not, Michelle is fantastic with fun new choreography every week that is easy to pick up on. If you have a chance to take a class - I highly recommend!

She has a created a space/energy that has made me feel more empowered and connected to the people around me.

The beginner classes are all really enjoyable. I am the textbook definition of a beginner (I’m not good, haha) but I never feel judged for struggling! I keep coming back because each class is an opportunity to get better. Great people and a great space to try something new.
