It was a pleasure to deal with Reliance Superior Heating for the purchase of our new Carrier Air conditioner. Jason Walsh was extremely helpful in guiding us to choose the right AC product and size for our home. The price quote was very competitive and timing for installation was only a few days later. The installation was completed on time and very professionally. I highly recommend both Reliance Superior and Jason and his team of installers.

They are professional with excellent people skills. They prioritize after-care as well by cleaning after work. They're knowledgeable on what they do and only installs trusted products, which for me, it provides assurance that the company is not selling something that would likely increase visits, and unfortunately, providing wider window for more after-installation visits; hence, more fees. They don't wait for their customers to call them, they follow up the day after the installation. They also help their customers afford their goods and services. The cost MIGHT fit below someone's budget overall, up to the point that it's already adding value.

My experience with Reliance was very positive. Charles Tan, our sales representative was professional and courteous. He answered all our questions and guided us through the process of replacing an old AC unit. During the installation of the unit the technicians were top notch. Tanner provided a detailed explain of the installation and answered any question we had. Kevin was very engaging and provided a very thorough explanation of the new Nest thermostat. Both technicians were courteous and it was clear that they took pride in their work. We were left with a very positive impression of Reliance and the employees that we engaged with. I would strongly recommend Reliance for any AC work.

Oscar initially came for a service call on our ac unit. He figured out the problem quickly and explained it clearly. Our unit would need to be replaced. He even called a sales representative, Neil, and was able to get a meeting scheduled for the next day. When we met with Neil, he covered our option thoroughly and answered any questions we had. Reliance has an option to rent ac units and it just made sense for us. He scheduled us for the replacement as soon as he could. It is about 2 weeks, but it's just that busy this time of year, so I can understand that. Great service so far and will update the review again after the installation. *Edit after installation* Installation went great! Fast installers, cleaned up and didn't leave any huge messes. No issues. New a/c unit has been working really well through all the hot weather. Highly recommend!

Ben. J was the technician that came to the service call. He was very professional and polite. My hot water tank pilot was out and I needed hot water yesterday. According to Ben, he was able to accommodate a service call yesterday, but was not informed right away. My recommendation is to have the call(s) forwarded to available technicians as the calls come in, rather than scheduled. This is not against the technician, rather a process change. Just my opinion. I will continue to do business with Reliance for future jobs.

All positive feedback. The sales rep was responsive, knowledgeable and seemed very honestly interested in just doing a good job and helping us. The installers were pros and did a great job. The whole thing was very timely and professional. Would definitely recommend!

So happy with the professional, friendly, knowledgeable Reliance teams from Sales to Service. Great pricing and top quality products and workmanship. On time, completed work in a timely manner, left the worksite tidy, took the time with me to explain the unit and how to operate. The new set up looks nice, better venting and organized so professionally, without a lot of hoses on the floor, etc. Looking forward to the winter now. Highly recommend them to everyone!!

My experience with reliance was fantastic. From the Sales rep Jason to the installation guys (I can’t remember their names but I think one was Jason) they exceeded my expectations. We got a completely new furnace, AC and hot water tank installed. Our sales rep was easy to reach for questions and was very forthright about everything which I appreciate. The install team were efficient and hard working. They thoroughly explained the equipment and how it works and left my space probably cleaner than it was before they were there. They were very polite and professional and I would highly recommend Reliance.

I'm so impressed with the service from Reliance. They installed our new hot water tank and I'm thrilled with the result. The technicians - Dan, Justin & Patrick - were skillful, professional, and efficient. Reliance installed our new furnace & air conditioner last summer, so it was an easy decision to use them again. Contact person was very pleasurable to deal with...I asked about a rental of 50 gallon hot water tank and she said they had 50 gallon tanks available for rental...The installer (Jason) called to say there are only 40 or 60 gallon tanks to rent before he loaded up the truck for the installation. He suggested the 40 gallon tank would do for our household needs. He showed up ahead of the scheduled time, did an excellent job and was done within an hour. I have received my first bill BUT on my contract under promotional details, is a statement that the first 3 months are free. I will be contacting Reliance regarding this issue.
