I recently took my dog to PetSmart for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was top-notch.The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they made my dog feel right at home. They took the time to get to know my dog and understand his specific needs, which really put me at ease.The grooming itself was amazing. My dog came out looking and feeling like a million bucks. His fur was shiny and soft, and he smelled fantastic. I could tell that the groomer really took the time to make sure he looked his best.Overall, I would highly recommend PetSmart grooming to anyone looking for a high-quality grooming experience for their dog. The staff is knowledgeable and caring, and they really go above and beyond to make sure your dog feels comfortable and happy. I will definitely be coming back for future grooming sessions!

Not great customer service! I have used this store for years. Usually they are helpful if something goes wrong with a pet from there.I own a beta fish and enjoy live plants in his tank. I recently purchased a new plant and 2 weeks later the tank was infested with snails!!!I informed the store employees and they looked at me like a deer in the headlights!!! They did not offer my any real advice and basically said I was in my own. I understand buyer beware when it comes to live plants.However if you are the one infecting tanks and killing fish at least offer me a new $7 fish!!!!I have recleaned my entire tank changed rocks etc. stressed my Fish and no one has even apologized!I will not be returning to this store.

Absolutely love bringing Daisy here for grooming. We’ve had many unpleasant experiences with groomers in the past, but Bente takes such good care of Daisy and is so loving to her. I can always count on Bente doing a great job, just the way I like it every time (something other groomers struggled to consistently do in the past). I even sometimes send her in with student groomers (a program they have theee) and they always take good care of her and make sure it’s a job well done. Highly recommend.

Love having our dog groomed there by Chelsea! Snoopy absolutely adores her. The store people are so friendly. Great location!

I always receive the best customer service at this location. The managers are amazing and always go out of their way to make sure we have the best experience. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Good selection of items for your pets but the prices are way too expensive. Store is kept neat and tidy and well organised. I would up my rating if the prices were slightly more reasonable.

Hello, I called PetSmart a couple weeks ago. I was in the north delta store and I couldn't figure out what I needed.I was please to find I was assisted by a lovely person named benta.They are the head cat groomer at this location. They ended up without being there guiding me to a perfect item to groom my cats paws and they loved it!!!I called back to update them and the kindness and graciousness continued. I highly recommend this location if you like to pamper your cat ☺️ for longevity

This is the best location in the lower mainland, hands down! All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I have never had a bad experience here. I do want to specifically give a shout out to the grooming team and the grooming manager (Bente), they are all so nice and take great care of my dog. If you live in Langley or anywhere in the fraser valley, I can assure you that the drive to this location to have your dog groomed or even to just buy basic supplies will be well worth it every time.

PetSmart is always great! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If a product isn't in the store, they will spend the time to locate it and order it in if possible. Their return policy is rereifix. Our puppy is oddly proportioned, making it difficult to size collars and harnesses so we have to try a bunch before finding the correct fit. She also has a of food allergies so we went through a lot now trial and errors but now we have that figured out and are regular customers. Thanks!
