I know zero to negative information about engraving. But ma cherie wanted something nice. The staff at Xpress Center was very polite and capable of helping me with my questions and purchase. Ali who helped me was completely understanding of my ignorance but gave me tips and pointers as to anything I wanted to look at. I believe I was able to make the best choice given my circumstances and he helped me every step of the way.Thank you again for everything!

No, no and no! Rate is not displayed so they look at you and decide. I look expensive I guess.Never again. I should have ask for the price before. My bad!Go anywhere else but this sketchy, tacky shop.

The service is excellent. We have used their services on more than one occasion for printing documents and passport photos. Both the gentleman and the young lady have gone out of their way to help us with special requirements. We are very grateful and will happily keep going back for our printing needs.

Edit: decreased starsNew review for second visit:I have been here before in the past, this shop is affordable and usually does lovely work. Infact it’s not the quality that has caused me to re rate this shop. I have decreased my stars due to this experience however, I got two things engraved, the one was perfect hands down no questions asked, but the second item was engraved specifically where I told the girl NOT to have it engraved, as eventually in that spot it wouldn’t be visible anymore. This wasn’t the mans fault that I dealt with my first visit around Valentine’s Day, but the girl that took my order told me that she was going to send me a proof before they did any engraving for approval, and that never happened and as a result it was engraved in the wrong location. The item I was getting engraved was a wooden bbq scraper, and I told her not to engrave the bottom as the engraving would be damaged due to placement and what the item is meant to be used for... the handle would have been perfect and would have been seen for the whole lifetime of its use. I really wish they had checked before engraving as it was a lot of money spent on something for it to be engraved in the wrong location that won’t be able to be seen or enjoyed to make it worth the money spent on personalizing that item. They didn’t offer any compensation for the fact that they didn’t send a proof and it was engraved in the wrong spot. Any time I have ever dealt directly with the man (I believe the shop owner) there has never been any issues, but I was surprised she didnt follow throw with the proof when it was such an expensive order and was paid for in advance ):Old review from first visit:This man saved my Valentine’s Day in a quick rush, it was affordable, and beautiful. Would recommend him to anyone looking for places to engrave like what things engraved use to now that they are shut down, as this is how I stumbled onto him! This place is a hidden gem! Was very happy with the price for flasks and engraving. Details were great service was excellent. Made my groomsman touched. Also use them for all my key cutting for business. No issues at all and if key is not cur correctly I am able to go back and will get done correctly at no extra charge. I highly recommend them.

We had some crystal wear engraved as a wedding gift. They went above and beyond to have it done on time and the work was done very nicely. I will definitely go back here if I need anything else engraved. The price was also very reasonable.
