I would highly recommend Me Va Me!.Rainbow Trout(grilled to perfection)!.To be perfectly honest,everything on the menu is a food lovers paradise!.There staff,hands down,are warm,curtious and extremely polite(rare to find)!.

I'm on a medically prescribed diet and required to eat very specific foods. Nutrition House has many of the brands I can eat. I have such a nightmare trying to find some of the more difficult-to-find items and brands sometimes, but Nutrition House has many of them. It's also within walking distance of Longo's, so I like going to Longo's for my daily items and then Nutrition House for my specialty items.Moreover, the owner is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He recognized me immediately after only one visit. When he saw me stock up on a particular flavour of protein chips, he asked if those are my favourite. When I confirmed that they were, he promised that he would always make sure they were a part of his order so I could always find them there. It's nice when a store knows you well and ensures that they're well-stocked with your preferences.

I like the location. It is convenient and offers several important services and shops. A pity Second Cup up and left.

I had a great experience here last week - the store was clean, well lit, and has pandemic measures in place. Saeed recommended a good tasting" brand of high quality multivitamin gummies which my (not easy to please) kids love! Would definitely recommend for your vitamin and nutrition needs."

Awesome customer service. Always ready to help you if you have any questions. The only thing I’d ask for is to have a price tag under every supplement just to compare prices rather than ask to check for every supplement you thinking to purchase.

Nice owner, but they don’t accept exchanges on opened supplements, so you have to know exactly what you want before buying it!

I really like the fact that they have CIBC branch there. You can also find La Fitness, Shoppers and Longo’s. Definitely would recommend this plaza to my friends.
