Dealt with Alex. So nice, helped my out to my truck. Made sure to get my a red flag for the over hang. There was a woman who seemed like the owner who was so nice to my daughter. Lots of stock. Definitely recommend!

I have never come accross such miserable staff. I went into the store.. not one of the staff spoke to me, acknowleged my presence and I was the only person there !!! I looked around as was checking out some of the finishes on the wood, I noticed staff disapear. I approached the desk a woman did not make eye contact, engage with me or even say good morning. Feeling a little unhappy as I had drove all the way to Concord to check out the place having seen them advertised and I came with a substantial budget for work ... I informed the woman behind the desk what I was looking for / the kind of work I needed / materials for the job. The answer was straight. we don't do it. ok. well you have a store full of the products and an advert advertisings stairs and the railings I was after. I suspect she did not have a clue what I was talking about and had just been left in the store as she looked vacant. My trade went elsewhere.

Best prices in the GTA. They are very helpful and work with you to determine the needs of your project and get you exactly what you need with no overselling. Gave it 4 stars because they charge a restocking fee when you return something.

I found this shop when I passed Steeles. It's a really good place to find all the home renovation materials. I found what I need and felt pretty good. They asked me whether I can write a review for the store, I said yes, and this is my opinion, pretty good. I recommend this shop to my friends. If they need anything about home renovation, just go there.

Great Experience! Have been here severaltimes. Staff are exceptional and offer help as soon as you arrive. I can’t say enough about the products, prices and staff. This is our go-to for all trim supplies and staircase supplies. We replaced our spindles on our staircase and their selection of Iron spindles is amazing - plus you take them home the same day. They also carry older style banisters for people looking to just repair their existing staircase. Love this store!

My wife suffers from Polio and Post Polio Syndrome disease. Needless to say she puts a lot of wear and tear on the railings in the house. Tried numerous well known firms at CNE Home Show but none were interested. We saw this firm and went in to see if they could help us. They did a fantastic first rate professional job on everything. Their Manager was a pleasure to deal with and even came twice after her estimator came to take more photos and add details. If you need anything done in your home from stairs, rails or bannisters I would forget the so called big name pros from the Home Show and instead find this small outlet. They did a fantastic job in our home and I would rate them higher if I could. Too many business owners don't care about the elderly or people with disabilities and this firm not only stepped up to help us but did everything they could to ensure a professional job at our home.

I found the staff very patient and knowledgeable. The gentleman helping me took the time to look at pictures of my stairs and made suggestions. He was honest and upfront. The prices were unbelievable for the quality. Great selection. I am so happy to have found this place and would highly recommend.
