VEGAN OPTIONS!! Loved that they had cookies, cinnamon bun and more goodies that were vegan! The Vegan BLT was SO good and so filling, big portion and I chose hash browns which I wasn’t able to finish because I was so full! The coconut apricot cookie was incredible! Cinnamon and chocolate almond cookie were also sooooo yummy. The staff were all so kind. Only thing I would recommend is keeping the cinnamon buns covered so that they stay fresher! (Mine tasted like it was made in the morning though so no worries there). The girl said the homemade vegan bacon was pretty bang on and she was right it wasn’t too smoky it was just right - made of tofu!A must stop while you are in Jasper!

Amazing find. Definitely worth going. The people working there were so sweet and so friendly. The sourdough bread and the bagels were to die for. They have some really good flavours in cream cheese. The mango coconut milk smoothie was fantastic

They have good options if you have dietary requirements. They didn't have clean knives though and the food took a while to arrive. The hashbrows aren't actually hashbrows, they are just potatoes and were a little underdone for my liking. The vegan / gluten free raspberry and chocolate muffin was delicious. Definitely get one of those.

Opens at early in the morning and you can find great selection of breakfast sandwiches. BLT is awesome.

My favourite treats in all of Jasper! I absolutely adore this place. It’s a really cute spot to hang for a coffee date with a friend and grab a yummy snack to eat. The staff are always so friendly and inclusive, it feels comfortable and welcoming to spend time here.Amazing sourdough, PHENOMENAL CINNAMON BUNS (I would do anything for their cinnamon buns… ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING) , their breakfast wraps are SO delicious and a local FAVE.I just really enjoy everything they do here and that’s hands down the honest truth. Thank you guys for being so awesome!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The establishment is cute and small. I ordered a “salad bowl” from them and it tasted fantastic. I was disappointed, however, as my expectations were to have a bowl. Instead I got a small cup. I don’t mind that they are using this as a container. It was the portion that bothered me for the price.Though it was delicious it was by no means a meal and only helped make me more hungry. The salad bowl is a small snack at best.I think they should adjust their descriptions in order to have customer expectations align better with what they are receiving.

After our first visit to Jasper at Christmas, Coco's Cafe has become an instant favourite! We were just in town for the night and had to go to Coco's for breakfast before we left town. Again, they didn't disappoint, the service is on point and the breakfast was delicious. We can't wait to go back now!
