Letter to Adrian,Don’t worry about the quote to repair your mistakes, we found someone else to repair your product. We determined that you put the wrong size insulation on the cover which threw your fabrication off. Your customer service was terrible. Even when I said we would pay to fix the problem you failed to support us when we were in a big bind with our customer. They completely understand that your company was the problem, and this division of the Air Force will not allow you to do business here anymore. I do not know what is wrong with you, but you need to fix the problem. You cost us a lot of time and money.
