Obviously if you’re in the situation where you need your foundation repaired, it’s not great. Kevin, on the other hand, is great. When I found water in my basement, I called Kevin and he came out the same day (took time at the end of his day to come by). He immediately noted the issues and confirmed it once we went inside. Kevin offered me a competitive quote and didn’t pressure me while I got other quotes.Once Kevin and his crew started the work, they were on time and within a day and a half, they had the job completely done (one wall). They took care not to damage my lawn and it looked like just like it had before they started.Absolutely top quality work and service. 10/10 would recommend.

After having water issues in our basement on more than one occasion, our friend suggested we should contact K. Kuypers Construction Ltd. My friends had them fix their foundation many years earlier and never had a problem since. We spoke to several of our neighbours who also had water issues and all hired Kuypers to fix their foundation. Had been putting up with a wet basement for years, finally decided to get it fixed. Called a number of companies and decided on K Kuypers...am I ever glad I did!Kevin is a hands on owner, he's the one doing the quote, and on the job every day, often in the trench digging! My whole house was completed on schedule and for the quoted amount, when they were done you could barely tell they dug around my whole house. Cracks were repaired, walls waterproofed, weeping tile installed, new sump and pump were installed Kevin added extra insulation installed around the outside of the walls...the basement feels warmer now.Highly recommend K Kuypers Construction, Thanks for the GREAT job!

Kevin and his team provided exceptional service from beginning to end. The initial consultation was thorough, the service estimate was reasonably priced, and our foundation was repaired quickly even during the busy season. They dug up the exterior with minimal disruption, installed high-quality drainage and waterproofing, and offered flexibility with payment options. Kevin was very responsive both times I used them. He responded to everything I asked and responded very quickly to an urgent call. They fit me in as quickly as possible, showed up on time, did a great job, and left as little mess as possible. I love that they trench by hand! It's quieter and allows them to keep many things in place. For example, I didn't have to worry about my deck at all!

K Kuypers did an amazing job installing weeping tile and sealing/insulating the foundation. Very quick and professional. Hard working crew. Could not recommend more.

The decision to invest in the foundation of my home was not an easy one given the cost to dig, waterproof, replace weeping tile, add window wells, insulation, and a sump. I am planning a basement renovation and knew I could not move forward until I was confident my water issues were a thing of the past. On a side note, the water issues had been ongoing and were not disclosed by the seller of my home, which was really disheartening. I spoke with and received estimates from 5 different companies. Kevin came to my home on multiple occasions to examine the water issues, including cracks, and to answer questions. He also responded promptly to my emails with even more detail than I requested. I don't think I have ever seen a group of humans work so hard and efficiently. Kevin was always on site, available for questions, and digging in the trenches. The workers were kind, protected my yard, minimized disruption, and were extremely respectful of my presence, as I was working from home when the foundation work was happening. The job was completed in the timeline suggested and the cost was exactly as estimated. I am so relieved I had this done and that Kevin and his crew did the work. Having had not so great previous renovation experiences, I was very apprehensive about this project. I was pleasantly surprised throughout the entire process from estimate to finish. I wholeheartedly recommend K. Kuypers Construction.One last thing...on the north side of my house there was a sidewalk that extended from right against the house to the property line. It needed to be cut in order to accommodate the foundation work. I am not really sure how this is possible, but the sidewalk (which I am not able to replace at this time) looks better since they cut it, than it did before. It is this kind of attention to detail and expertise that just reinforces the decision I made to go with Kuypers. Kevin and his team at K Kuypers did an amazing job waterproofing my basement in May 2019. I live in an older bungalow (1950's) that was leaking water through the foundation walls and into my basement. After getting multiple quotes, I decided to hire K Kuypers because of Kevin's prompt service and his experience with working on older homes.I was impressed by how quick and efficient Kevin and his team were at excavating my foundation and installing the weeping tile. In only a few days, all the cracks in my foundation were sealed and I had a brand new weeping tile and sump pump.
