As most of this chain is quite qood, I'm appalled with the lack of customer service inside at the order counter. I'm sure drive through is more profitable in the big picture. Don't force us to use the drive thru by your lack of service at the counter.

The drive thru took about 15 minutes. They should invest in a second drive thru window. Otherwise perfect Tim Horton experience.

I ordered a small vanilla iced latte and had to wait 7 minutes for it when there were only two other people and I had also orders a fruit explosion muffin and they charged for a fruit explosion muffin but I got a pecan pumpkin muffin, horrible service.

While the drive through was quite busy we went inside to order. There was no one else inside but we were totally ignored by the staff. After 10 minutes of waiting we left unserved. We usually stop at this Tim’s, we won’t in the future.

I want to start by saying that the supervisor I dealt with was very nice and I appreciate her taking my call. My husband and I had a long day so we grabbed timmies" on the way home. Ordered a chicken wrap for each of us a bagel for my toddler Tim bits for dessert etc. Our iced coffees needed a good stir as usual but that isnt why the one star. Especially since anyone who gets iced coffees naturally expects it to not be stirred well as that is a standard tim hortons has allowed. My husbands wrap was fine the lettuce needed to be removed as it had black wilted spots mine on the other hand I was shocked in all honesty I'm not sure who the employee even got it into the packaging! There was almost no wrap literally it was torn up and missing I took pictures if I can get them on here I will. It was horrendous we waiting until we got home to eat otherwise I would have gone right back in it I was 15 mins away so I called the supervisor offered to replace it but I only called to let her know she she could chat with the employee they get paid do to a job and no matter what the job it should be done right I work for my money I dont like throwing it away. I and toast and a timbit for supper since my wrap was just outrageous my lettuce was also black spotty to advise check the food quality before leaving parking lot. And make them stir that iced coffee for you. Fast food or not there is a standard that needs to be upheld I come from a hospitality industry and do have high standards but even low expectations would not have been met with this last visit"

Visited this Tim Hortons on my travel to Toronto from Ottawa, very respectful and friendly for the most part. I only ordered a coffee and a pack of timbits but overall it was very clean and I would definitely stop at this Tim Hortons again if I took the highway 7 again.

The employee taking your order at the drive-thu is always rushing you and never listens. 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong and there is no accountability. Also they can never print out your order to show you. I actually hate this tim's. Don't go, there is one at the corner of Derry Road and Tenth that is a bit better.The women working there are too busy gossiping and not paying attention to your order. Don't go.

A nice establishment between Ottawa and Toronto.I sometimes stop by here whenever I use this route between Toronto and Ottawa. Although the fastfood establishment is cozy & convenient I was bit surprised that they ran out of Chili combo, my favourite (on a Thursday evening @ 6pm)??

Coffee is absolutely disgusting more often than not.Maybe invest in some training for your staff.Save yourself the nasty bean water & go accross to McDonald's.
