J-Glow is the best fitness studio I've ever been a part of, and I wish I never had to move away and leave it. The classes aren't your typical fitness workouts, they're fun and make me want to come back for more. If you're like me and don't like working out, then J-Glow is for you! You're having so much fun that you forget you're working out. All of the instructors are fantastic and engaging, helping me get the most of my workout every time.The glow in the dark classes are also very useful for the beginner who might feel insecure exercising around others.Lastly, the range of classes offered here is absolutely amazing. From drumming for cardio, stretch classes, and even pole fitness! There is bound to be something for everyone.J-Glow is my home away from home, and the happiest place you'll find yourself!

What a great atmosphere and an awesome place to work out! I love the glow in the dark classes. All of the teachers/trainers are great and who would have thought pole fitness could be so much fun!!

The kids had a blast for a birthday party here. They selected the drumming for the activity and loved following along and drumming to the music. The activities kept them moving and the glowing face paint/nail polish/hair gel was a fun experience for them.

We had a birthday party for my daughter at j-glow and the kids had the best time ever. My daughter said it was the best birthday ever. Thanks ladies for making the day so awesome. I highly recommend to have parties here.
