Good selection and mostly friendly staff.Can be quite pricey but that usually comes with being in a small town. Has good deals to help mediate this though. Seems relatively clean and organized.

I grew up in Cawston, I haven’t been to Keremeos in a while, but I remember this being my favourite grocery store! I remember it as Valu-Plus, but happy it’s turned into a buy low! Love it

Friendly staff.Deli counter&great service here. They make an assortment of muffins+half pies here. Great selection of meat. Everyday, there's a different special price of one item. The flowers are reasonably priced, also.

Love shopping Buy Low foods they have the best tasting meat ever ... The best ... I will go nowhere else for the meat and they always have whatever I need and products.are always fresh and the takeout food is soooo delicious we bought the ginger chicken. il love shopping Buy-Low Foods.
