I asked Royal Stones Jewellery to modify an important piece of jewelry for me, my fathers ring, wanting to make it more modern. They did an incredible job on the design and bringing it to life. The price was excellent but the service was over and beyond. Will be going back again for all my jewelry needs.

The lady at this store went above and beyond for me earlier this week. I brought my wife’s bracelet in to have the clasp replaced. She quoted a fair price so I left it and returned the following day to pick it up. She apologized that the clasp she quoted was much less than the one that was actually needed to match the rest of the bracelet. She honoured the original quote and put the much more expensive clasp on. I was amazed at her honesty and willingness to honour the original quote. Thanks so much and it’s refreshing to know there are still great stores like this operating.
