Day or night, I’ve always had an excellent service at the drive-thru. The staff is very sympathetic and the service is fast. I particularly appreciate that the food is fresh. Donuts are really moist, just perfect! And the drive-thru is open 24/7, while most restaurants around are closed on night.

I am really feel lucky to go to that location during my visit to Quebec. They are professional and understand my needs. Went to them twice in 3 days. I was thinking i will get problem due to French language but they understand my English very well and gave me 100% great customer service and exact fresh order. Thank you guys

Coffee is ok. Cookies are always too hard. Lattes are undrinkable. Most emoloyees are cold and unfriendly. Selection of items is often low

Took way too long to take my order at drive tru. Cashier seemed rushed and took the payment machine out of my hands after I did my paypass. No smile, no care. Gave me my drink and closed the window, felt like I was disturbing them by buying a product.

Although this place is not very big in size, the service was very good. I am quite satisfied with the quality of bagels. The coffee was also good. The staffs were very polite.
