If there is an option to write a zero star, I would! First time going to this place just wanted my nails painted not only was the male doing my nails uneducated on the service, he missed half the nail when painting. I asked to speak to the manager and she was disrespectful to not only me , my sister and the girl beside us! Making comments like she looks really big for her age, asking if my eyes were real , telling the girl beside us her lashes were terrible and needed to get checked out, I can go on… I must say worst service I’ve ever had in my life.

This was my first time at VP Nails Bar. I'm beyond satisfied with their service! They offered drink and I was made a ice coffee which was amazing! Also, their staff and owner were so friendly and welcoming! They took their time and it really shows. I absolutely LOVE my nails! 10/10 would and will recommend to everyone I know! They definitely gained a new customer as I won't go anywhere else now! The place is also very clean and organized! Its overall an amazing atmosphere and experience! Thank you so much!!!

Paid for a full set of solar nail extensions from Phoenix. She was wonderful to work with, wholesome, and extremely passionate in her craft. The prices were incredibly reasonable, the staff was very welcoming, and the store was well maintained and clean. 10/10, would get my nails done here again and I highly recommended anyone looking to get their nails done to get them done here.

First time coming to vp nails bar. Had an extraordinary experience and the ladies were very kind and fun.Would highly recommend.Will be sending my coworkers and my hair clients here.Thanks again guys ! :)

The ladies here are by far the best nail techs I have ever been to. They do such an amazing job and are so friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone in brantford looking for a nail salon.

The Owner is nice but other staff is rude , i got my nails done from here 2-3 times not very good experience. One of the girl took 2 hours to do just the bio gel refill . Her machine was not working properly keeps on switching the tools . However i gave another chance and went there last week and my nails did not even last one week. I called the salon to get it fix , the lady on reception ask too many question and wanted me to send the picture i sent the pictures and she still keep on asking me too many question over the phone and she was not even able to communicate properly in english. She booked me for 11am next morning and then when i called the day of before i was leaving she said owner is not here come later in the evening and gave me no exact time that when should i actually come i ended up getting my nails refil again only in a week from some other place .

Great ladies awesome service. Love getting my nails and feet pampered .The hot stone massage on my legs is just the best part . Spa treatment for sure . Even have my husband going regularly now.

this place is 10/10! the staff are all so friendly and my mom and i are always taken care of so well when we come in. our nails always look gorgeous when i leave! the nails always last so long and i only had 1 nail break in 2 months of getting my nails done here. wonderful establishment and the staff really care that you’re happy with the end result!

Hannah is amazing! She always takes care of her clients! This spa offers great customer service.
