We had a call the day before to confirm our taxi to the Airport all was confirmed and great. The next day the taxi just didn’t show up. Thankfully we had friends that quickly arranged to take us in otherwise it would of been an expensive mistake. Still yet to receive an apology for the stress or a refund. Terrible service..

UBER IS CHEAPER AND MORE RELIABLE.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!Unless of course you like to be stranded at the airport after a long day of travel! They left me at the airport to find my own way home after 2 flights from Europe.My flight was going to be delayed by 3 hours and when I contacted them to let them know that my flight would be arriving at 7 PM, which is not in the middle of the night, they just said they didn't have any more drivers and weren't going to be coming a pick me up! Even contacting them is ridiculously difficult. They don't have an email address! What company in 2022 does not have an email address?! I guess it's one that doesn't want you to contact them.Really, use UBER. They'll come all the way from Toronto to pick you up and take you to the airport for less than Century charges. UBER will also pick you up at the airport when you arrive and bring you all the way back to Peterborough, again for less than Century.This company is useless!The 5 star reviews that they've received here??? Are those family members or people that are paid to provide a good review?

My flight was delayed an hour and forty minutes. It took two and a half hours to get my luggage. The driver waited for me cheerfully until 11:30 p.m., even when I took 15 minutes to find him. It was a very long night for him and I was very grateful for his patience.

Always a pleasure to travel with. Great driver and comfortable van bus. The best way to get to back and forth Toronto Pearson airport from Peterborough. Just wish it wasn't so expensive!

Booked for a wedding shuttle. Can confirm, they have very friendly and helpful office staff, and their rates are reasonable. The busses are not bad either. However even after being double-confirmed of what we wanted, the driver of the bus attempted to leave 15+ minutes early, BOTH WAYS. We were very lucky that in both cases people flagged them down and told them to wait. Internal communication at the company must be terrible, and they don't like to admit mistakes. So if you do order their services, don't trust the driver: get them to come early and get someone to baby-sit them - and show them the office email with the actual instructions.

I used century transportation for my wedding shuttle this past August and they were great to deal with. The employee who helped me book the bus was very kind and helpful and again when I had to call to change times/location of pick up spot. They were very helpful and made it super easy and no stress. The bus driver was great and very understanding!

The service to Pearson airport was pleasant and on time. The return trip was terrible as the driver was a no show despite my return flight was on time. I have been sitting at the airport since shortly after 1 pm and it is now 5:04 pm and still waiting for the driver to show up to take me back to Peterborough, Ontario. I have not received any apologies and have yet received a discount for their lateness! I will provide update.It is now 5:28 pm! Still no show! The man at the counter provided no updates or apologies.

Why do you under-pay the people who keep our kids alive on the road? Good luck ever hiring anyone. This is why I don't trust my kids on a school bus.

Driver was amazing and customer service driven. The issue has been with the office... I am still trying to get an invoice that I have been requesting for almost a month. Worst thing is they just have office support in the morning... Not a company you would like to deal with.

Called to book service to Toronto Airport. They could not take my son ....had to drive him myself. Don't have service they way they did before Covid. Expect you to book with more notice....hard to do when it is for a funeral. Women on the phone was very pleasant.
