Great place and even greater people!! Ray went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and got what I was looking for with my nails. Trying to find my go-to salon since moving here, I’ve tried a couple places in Orleans and I know I’ve found my spot here. My nails are the best they’ve been in a long time. Thank you all so much and see you again soon!!

This is my second time visiting Moony and I can’t be happier.My first visit I went in with awful nails, the previous salon I went to had left my nails all uneven, mishaped, and you could tell I obviously had gel polish it was WAY too thick. They saved my nails.I read review after review searching for a new salon in orleans. I was a little skeptical that moony only had positive 5 star reviews but booked anyways, and they earn their positive reviews and stars. The energy in the salon and attention to detail and care is unmatched.I went for my second visit today for and the same care was given as if it was my first visit. Extremely happy with my nails and the prices are very reasonable.

Absolutely amazing! Very talented staff that pay attention to very single details, listens to exactly to what you want. I've been to many salons and so far nothing compares to this one. Friendly service and would highly recommend!

We spent more time waiting (an HOUR and 15 mins) than we did in those chairs (30 mins)My mom and I had an appointment at 12. We arrived at 12:10. We weren’t greeted at all.They are just finishing people from their 10 am + 11 am…It gets to 1:10 and that’s when I get taken in.We stayed in our chairs for a total 30 mins.The hot mess of it all, they didn’t listen to what we requested for our nails..No apologies, no customer service, just in and out. Inconsiderate of time is one of the worst thing for any business. Big fail.Cuticles are destroyed, nail polish chipping, french tips are wonky.I’ve had to place recommended to me several times. This place having five whole stars is beyond me. I wish I could give a zero.*pictures after TEN days. ridiculous.

Raymond is absolutely amazing. You can tell he loves his work a lot and it makes it fun to get nails done by him. He made me feel very comfortable and I wasn’t shy to ask for exactly what I wanted.

This was my first time at Moony beauty nails and spa, I have to say my experience was absolutely wonderful! I was referred by a friend who described them as welcoming, funny and excellent! They did not disappoint! The prices are reasonable and the store is very clean and beautiful. My nail tech took her time and did my nails exactly like the picture I showed her! Overall I am so pleased with not only the service I got but my pretty nails! Will definitely be referring people I know to go here!

It was time for a new nail salon and when this place came up and saw the 4.9 star rating with 500 reviews I told myself either they bribe customers for the 5 star OR they’re doing something really great.Turns out they truly know what they’re doing. Raymond is so funny and so welcoming. They have every colour you could imagine and welcome any idea and inspiration you can find on Pinterest.Love to see Nail techs be confident in the service they provide and suggest ideas to their customers.I got a set of Acrylic nails - they didn’t feel clunky or heavy. They actually felt like my real nails. Raymond knew exactly what to do to create a look that looked good for my hands. He was extremely precise, he took his time and paid attention to all the details.I felt like the place was welcoming, they offered tea, water and coffee and Raymond made conversation and joked around with all the clients. It shows that they care a lot for their clients and their satisfaction. The place was spotless and very calming.All in all, it’s everything you’d want in a nail salon. Will absolutely become a regular client myself now!

Wonderful service I received. This is the first time I came to this business. Very friendly, very professional. I got exactly what I wanted. I find price was little higher but it's okay everywhere prices high so no problem with that. The service covers everything
