Worst service ever. I never received the t-shirts I ordered (and paid for) for my event. I had to use the chat on their website to get the information, as no one responded to my email or phone messages. At least I got my money back. I've had good experiences with them in the past and it's a shame they weren't able to offer quality services as before.
