5 women inside chatting & playing while letting customers waiting outside. Asked few medicines, one of them just simply said no they don’t have it. This store such a joke!

I used to buy ready-made Chinese medicines there. Once, I arrived there 10 minutes before closing. A female staff said, You are late. If we stay longer we don't get more pay." This is a place where I did business for many years

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF EVER. Called in and a women answered, asked a simple question regarding stock availability and she refused to check, extremely rude with attitude and yelled, will not go there ever unless the management review their staff and fire those staff. Very dissatisfied and agree with the other reviews here. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Cash only shop without a sign says it, if you know what I mean. Don't think it is legit place. Just but at shoppers or even T&T across the street for a cheaper price

I went with a family member to get acupuncture for her and she was told to get some herbal medicines which required 2.5 hours to be made. We arrived nearly 3 hrs after, only to be told it's not ready and requires at least another 30 minutes. They are not very timely and have no respect towards another person's time. I do not recommend purely based on the amount of time that was wasted.

I had to say Dr Zhang is great. But, customer service is the worst I’ve never experiences, if you ask them questions they either say they don’t know or just ignore you.

Very good Chinese medicine store. Helpful staff and a good doctor on staff. If looking for an alternative to Western medicine this place is worth a visit to see if something more natural will work for you.
