Contacting by phone is almost non-existent. Long lineups in store at times. Definitely UNDERSTAFFED. Other than that, it's a good place to buy or get your equipment serviced.

So after a long and drawn out issue with husqvarna part availability, the owner (also named David) went the extra mile and helped me out by getting husqvarna to exchange a mower they stopped producing a well and hub assembly for. They also gave me a loaner for the entire year and a half that the mower was down for repairs. I've gone to savoy for my mower, roto tiller and a variety of other small engine equipment. And can say with the exception of the mower all the repairs were done quickly and they have always given me decent advice, helped with parts etc

Needed a carb rebuild for my clapped out old Stihl chainsaw, didn’t expect them to have the kit on hand, sure enough they did, fast friendly knowledgeable staff, very impressed, as well as a ton of inventory of new power tools.

Amazing Staff to deal with, great products to rent, if you have any sort of ground cultivation, do yourself the biggest favor ever and rent the dingo from savoy, the staff were super great in explaining to me how it worked to get the best results. I had it booked for two days to tame the ugliest back yard you can imagine, i had it finished in half a day with out any problem and they only charged me for one day. I had two attachments the cultivator and the bucket, i will never do landscaping again with out one well worth the few extra dollars to save doing it manually,

Way to much going on for the guys at the front desk. Took in my power washer for repairs, kept it a month. Tried to call numerous times, multiple days and no answer. went down to the store to get attitude from the old guys at the counter about how busy they are cause it’s summer just to be told they don’t fix my brand power washer. Customer service is lost on so many levels here. Shop elsewhere.
