Poor services, very difficult to track my order and to make everything worse they sent my package to the wrong holding depot and continued to tell me false information.

We complain often, but are mostly misers in appreciating someone. I was guided and handled by Ms. Ana Flores with exceptional patience and professionalism. For some products (office furniture etc) which were not related to her department/speciality, she personally guided me to the concerned Sales Consultant named as (probably) Mr. Scot (but I am not suer about his name), who was another very kind, cool and professional gentleman with excellent salesmanship conduct. Thanks!
