Springs & things is my preferred supplier for developing new parts as well as re-sourcing existing parts. I like their approach to every new opportunity. They ask the right questions and collect as much info possible about the end use of the part. They always suggest ideas to improve the assemblability and durability of the spring. At all instances, where I had to replicate a spring due to the inability to procure from the original source, Paul and team was able to quickly dissect the spring and provide me with a replacement part that performed equally or better than the one I brought to them.My most recent experience was to develop a torsion spring for which I did not have any specs. They assessed the need and quickly provided a spec. The required spring development was completed within few hours of start of tool trial.Most importantly, the staff at Springs n things is very courteous and always ensure that the right contact person is connected to the customer as quickly as possible.

I was referred to Springs and Things to make a custom, super alloy, compression spring. Paul and his team are amazing to deal with. Front office staff are courteous, friendly and reliable. They are very knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. Shop is in immaculate shape! They advised me well in developing my custom spring product. Paul and his staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped in on Paul one day and I got a royal treatment. I needed some wires formed and springs made for a product that I was developing. Chris (the resident mechanical guru) came up with a more cost effective design then mine and all the components were manufactured in time (sometimes ahead of schedule) at a reasonable price and excellent quality.

Need a steel spring for the new Mackenzie Vaughan Hospital. After a few meets with Paul. Spring & Things produced a few prototypes based on our needs. Once the client approved one of the prototypes, production of the item was quick and efficient. In fact, we had to return a year later for a re-order. Paul and his staff are very knowledgeable and skilled and produced an excellent product.
