We booked a private class as a 30th birthday celebration at Palates and had an amazing time! It was so well organized and the food was absolutely fabulous. We left very full and with leftovers to take home! The staff were so kind and engaging. We will definitely be back!

We had the best time celebrating my sister's 40th birthday! They were incredible hosts. The food was amazing and we had so much fun! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend!!

We spent a great evening learning to cook Thai food. The instructor was fun, knowledgeable and organized. We made lots of food to eat there and to enjoy at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The course went by quickly and left me wanting to dive more into Thai cooking.

What an amazing experience! My partner and I signed up for a Thai curry cooking class and we couldn't have been more impressed. Pheap and her family were delightful! Her wisdom and stories made the evening one we'll not forget. We will definitely be back soon!

Palates Culinary Kitchen and Learning Center
Just finished a Cambodian cooking course here and absolutely loved it. The owner is an entertaining teacher who constantly provides background info on related items such as how to select ingredients.Everyone gets their own cooking station so it's as interactive as a class can get. Best of all, the food was delicious, and as a bonus there is so much food that there's at least 2-3 meals of leftovers.

Came here with my sister on Friday. I’m so glad we did! We learned how to make an authentic red curry, and our instructor was amazing. She showed us which good quality items to look for in the store if we’re making the dish at home. The pacing of the event was great and I never felt bored. I especially liked her personal stories and how they related to the food!

We did the “Italiano Experience” as a Team Building exercise with our colleagues. What a fun morning! The instructor, and owner, was personable, fun and very good at sharing her knowledge of food and food preparation techniques. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the pace of the class….stopping to sit down and enjoy our creations course by course. She provides recipes so you can recreate at home later. Worth every penny and more!

We had our Christmas Ladies night out party at Palates last night and it was absolutely fabulous. The venue is five star. Pheap and her team are amazing. A truly made in Edmonton success story. Don't think about having an event there, DO IT!!!!!

We came to Palates for a corporate team event. Pheap was responsive, helpful, and accommodating to our groups needs. Our team had an amazing experience at the Palates kitchen cooking delicious soup and home made pasta! Highly recommend!
