I love working with the Idea Hunter. The entire team is amazing. They are very organized. They make sure there are no surprises when we arrive at the venue. They organize meals for the vendors which is very much appreciated. Looking forward to doing many more events with them.

Life / event savers! They are the best event planners and will make your life stress-free for the day of your event.We just had our company summer party (full day / night event) and it was AMAZING! The daytime activity was at an inflatable water obstacle course in Barrie, and we came back to Toronto and had our black-tie dinner and party event at Malaparte. We invited them to a smaller internal event prior to, to meet our team and get to understand our company culture - which they did, and nailed it!You'll be working with Hailey and Vaish and they are on top of everything each step of the way, and think of all the little details that might be required or wanted on the day of your event. I used the Idea Hunter for a corporate event for 400 guests. I hired the Gyles Trio and a Chinese Calligrapher (Sui-Yung) and both the band and Sui-Yung were PHENOMENAL. Idea Hunter was easy to work with, responsive and professional. I would not hesitate at all to work with them in the future and hope my firm hosts more events in Toronto so I can hire them again and again. They went above and beyond!

I had the pleasure of working with Idea Hunter this past December on an event at The AGO for over 1000+ attendees. I run an entertainment and production company called Symmetry Studios, and have worked with many event agencies in my 15+ years of business, and I have to say, that Idea Hunter is one of the best. I worked personally with Hailey and Vaish in putting together the entertainment for the night, and beyond what we provided, the rest of the event was absolutely magical, from the room decor, to the delicious food, to (of course) the incredible music. The vibe in the room was special from the beginning to the end of the night. Hailey and Vaish were absolutely on point with timing and organization, which makes our job very easy.
