Drain Rescue Plumbers Milton

Called for service knowing what the problem was. Plumber showed up and told us it would cost $420 to replace a cartridge in our shower faucet. The cartridge cost about $75 at Home Depot. When we inquired as to why it cost so much we were told there was a convenience fee for same day service. We declined the service paid the $45 call fee and sent him away. Maybe we as customers should be told about a convenience fee up front. We have had it replaced by another company and it was $125 for the full job. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone. Horrible....

excellent. fast service, called with a backed up drain at 9 am and the problem was solved by noon. Terry did a great job!

We had a backed up toilet late on a Sunday so we called Drain Rescue first thing Monday morning (July 11th). They scheduled us for that afternoon between 3 and 4pm. At 2.45pm they called and said that they would be about 1 hour late. At 3.30pm, they called again and said that they could no make it until the next day. This forced us to cancel the service call and find someone else to come in that evening.we did find an emergency service but were charge an after hours fee because of the lateness of our call...I'm not sure if the scheduling is done from a central call centre or the local office, but whatever the case, they have poor planning and scheduling. I can't comment on the work as we never had it done.

Incompetent, particularly with century homes and unfamiliar with municipal procedures and requirements. Way over priced.
