Dirty, pastry glass looks like it has never been cleaned. Entrance covered in garbage, old batteries, and cigarette butts. Staff pass off guests half the time. Minimum 10 minutes wait for a single coffee. Morning manager constantly in stress delegating orders yet not doing anything. Looks chaotic and out of control. Employees' work stations are covered in cream, syrups, and spilled food. Health and safety risk ⚠️Hopefully, they will get better so everyone can enjoy the environment. Both staff and guests.

So went through this Tim Hortons at 2:50 today ordered 2 coffees and a toasted grilled cheese sandwich I really should have gone back with it but I was worried I'd throw it at her.The cheese wasn't even melted it was cold and the bread it was on was half the size of any other grilled cheese I've had.

Been having bad experiences with delivery and drive through at this Tim Hortons hopefully they can work things out. Donut came out the bag like that (was supposed to be an apple fritter) and the order was wrong and missing a bunch of sandwiches, got reimbursed by Uber Eats but your branch isn't doing itself any favors sending food out to customers like that.

Good luck getting anything unless you are going trough drive thru. Foot traffic wait time is very unreasonable.

Owner is great been going here 10 years and forgot wallet many times and allowed me to go and get it around the corner and pay up with In 4 min. Today Sunday April 16 2023 the supervisor " which I have never seen before told me to bad so sad.... so instead of spending my 2000 bucks a year there I'll be going somewhere else

This is the worst tim hortons in barrie. The service is very bad over here. Being only tim hortons in downtown barrie this is very bad we waited for long time. The staffs were just laughing and giggling inside the store while customers were waiting.

This is a smaller Timmys so no eating in , you can go In to order but I noticed a lot of people standing outside so they must only allow one or two groups in at a time . Drive-Thru only holds a limited amount of cars so I can see this place being awkward to enter in the morning during their busy time.

The staff at this location do a fantastic job. Located in downtown Barrie, this location can be a challenging environment to work in sometimes. Despite this, the staff are always friendly and provide excellent customer service.
