The perfect place to get orthotics, works like a charm. This is my 3rd orthotics from them over the last 4 yrs. I could never get a comfortable orthotics at my previous orthotics place but had to buy them anyway since I need orthotics for my suction cup feet. What I like about this clinic is that they will remake or modify the orthotics if its not a good fit even 6 month later at no charge. Great service!

Horrible business! The lady insists that they need to mail in your claim so I’m waiting more than 3 weeks now to get my money. Never answers the phone or returns voicemails. Says she will email you and never does. This place is a joke! The girl sucks at her job, go somewhere else

Worst Customer Service in the Country!The lady has no respect on a human level, not even to mention customer service. Waste of time! Ended up forfeiting a 250$ deposit just not be treated that way. Stay away!

The African American receptionist is terrible for business. She is very rude, dissmissive, and does not listen. We were inquiring about the orthopedics and she could not give a clear answer... when we asked for clarity she became offended. SO LAZY, we had to take our business elsewhere.
