Worst McDonald’s. I am an employee at a north side McDonald’s and I ordered here and showed them my employee discount card. She refused me and said that I can only get my discount if I’m ordering a meal when it clearly says on the fine print that a meal is considered any 4 items from the menu. I told her this and she said no you have to order a drink. I once again showed her the fine print and even told her which location I work at and that I know as we have got training on this too. Then she went on to ask me if all that food is for me. I said yes it is. Extremely rude and the rest of the employees also gave me attitude. Re train them or get new employees with proper training who knows their stuff.

Disgusted with this location. I work in Sherwood park and this location is on my way home so should be convenient. Last 3 times I ordered food here it’s been cold, and stale. Fries taste like they have been on warmer for 2 days. Burger was also cold and stale. Embarrassing. Waited 20 seconds for food which should tell me that all they do is serve you old stock they have been sitting on in the rush for Dinner. Will NEVER eat here again. Shame on you and shame on the lazy kids ruining this location.

Very friendly staff and very clean. If only McDonalds burgers or filet of fish was anywhere near as good as Woodshed Burgers, Id maybe go more. But that will never happen. #woodshedburgers
