Such a quaint, sweet place to stay. The staff is incredibly friendly, the accommodations are lovely. Hot breakfast is basic but does its job. You can't help but love the location. The suite was huge and well stocked for what we needed. A recent remodel made everything feel new but still cozy. Loved the electric fireplace in our living space!

The room is newly renovated but housekeeping is poor. Room smells musty. Carpet and sofa are visibly dirty. Railway is next to the room. Breakfast is decent though.

Beds are very comfortable and the water pressure is great. It has no air conditioning but the windows open up nicely to let in the cool mountain air. TV's are newer and have a lot of channels. Breakfast and parking are included. Located in the middle of town

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We have been to this hotel many times and always enjoyed our stay. The beds are super comfy!This time we did not understand the extra long shower curtain in our bathroom tho. It is a hazard. It was at least 8 inches longer than needed, so lay out in the tub and also on the floor. Someone could slip on this!The staff were very good - always friendly and helpful. We asked for plates and cutlery for our room and they were fetched very quickly. We had a problem with the TV one night and a staff member came to our room right away and fixed it. Super!We noticed when we came back to the room after skiing that the towels we had used were replaced - we feel that this is a waste. We had left them hanging and would willingly have used them for the second day. The hotel should put a sign in the bathroom like other places and tell people if they want the towels changed to put them in the tub. Otherwise, hang them up, and save water and laundry detergent.Great place, we will be back again

Great hotel in Lake Louise. Very conveniently located for skiing. Our room was large and comfortable. The included breakfast was very good. I would stay there again. The train tracks were about 100 yards from our room but is relatively quiet.

Good location, breakfast just ok, and we had a nicely decorated room....HOWEVER it was a nightmare to sleep in... there are train tracks about 15 meters from the doorstep with freight trains passing at all hours of the night, and it’s incredibly noisy. We couldn’t sleep. The fridge also makes ungodly noises all through the night but you can’t turn it off because the outlets are hidden behind wooden furniture that can’t be moved. For the price that we paid I find it completely unacceptable. Save your money and go somewhere else!Staff was also very kind, we didn’t bring our problem to them because well... what can you do?!

Very neat newly upgraded modern rooms. Walkable to the village restaurants. Staff is very responsive and polite. They helped us figure out transport to lake Louise and lake moraine as driving our car was not an option. Next to a train track but hardly hear the train inside the rooms.

Location is what you are paying for. Rooms are renovated and very clean. Nothing to complain there. Breakfast was very good with couple of options for vegetarians. Would recommend it if you plan to stay in the Lake Louise area.

It location is very close to Lake Louise. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very warm and friendly. We loved the breakfast arrangement at our stay.Would strongly recommend and if we visit again, we are sure to book with Mountaineer Lodge.
