Inna helped me purchase new glasses for myself and my boyfriend which were delivered on time and I was notified to pick them up right away. Overall, The Bay Optical has great optical exams and customer services.

When I found out I needed glasses, I went to many stores and tried on more glasses then I could count, but never found anything I liked until I visited the Hudson's Bay Optical at Yorkdale. As soon as I arrived, Inna introduced herself and offered me a tray to try on glasses. Almost every single pair I tried on, I loved! They offered a wide selection of trendy options, great prices and excellent customer service. I was very satisfied with my experience and I can't wait to go back and add some sunglasses to my new collection! Thank you to Inna for all your help!
