Green Timbers Lake

I enjoyed the nature and see the ducks.Its a family friendly park that you can enjoy to have picnic or just to walk in the area.There is a free parking lot area worth to visit this place. So calm & peaceful environment here.

Nice area to have a picnic or bbq.The parks lake needs to be inspected.There are no trout that I seen in the 6 hours I was there. There is another species. Looks like a breed of cat fish or some type. I caught three of them.Please add more fish ! Clean up the West side of the lake so that it can be used ! Dredge some of the underwater lake grass . There is Not enough fish or places for anglers. Room for 8-10 anglers for entire lake, any more anglers then that and it’s crowed. Please enforce the rules. Keep the dogs on a leash and out of the water.It’s a fishing lake not a dog pool. I do not think I will ever return there. If I do it will not be for the fishing ! They do have lots of awesome walk and bike trails.

I just cant get enough of this little gem of a park in the city of Surrey BC CanadaIt has beaver dens, many different birds and ducks, loons!There is a place you can fish and it is stocked yearly as far as I know.So whether you are going for a walk or a place to relax, a place to take some pictures of wildlife and nature! Nice place for an outdoor activities

Nice walking trails in the park around green timbers lake. The lake itself is relatively small.The freshwater fisheries society of BC stocks green timbers with catchable sized rainbow trout at certain times of the year.

A nice man-made lake" inside of Green Timber Urban Forest. It is stocked with fish and is home to many species of wildlife. Fishing is allowed

Beautiful park and lake. Great place to go for a walk, jog, picnic, or fishing. This is my go to place for short trail running. The trail is mostly flat and the scenery is beautiful.You can fish (rainbow trouts) here almost year round. You won’t be the only person fishing there as there’s always someone fishing there.The parking is on 100 Ave and is usually busy. There’s washrooms in the parking and close to the picnic area.

Beautiful green zone at the heart of Surrey. I often go here for photography and walks. Well maintained cycling path allows riding with peace. Lots of birds for those who enjoy birding.
