Ideal Appliance Repair promptly answered my inquiry and managed to adjust to my tight schedule to arrange for repairing my Dryer the following day. Mike, the technician, arrived during the appointed time, and they even contacted me in the morning to confirm my availability. Mike really came in clutch for me when he fixed the stove and exhaust hood at my hunting camp. It had been busted for so long and now we can finally use it again. Thanks a bunch Mike, you’ll have to come out this fall to hunt with us.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Mike came to repair my dryer. He was amazing. Not only did he take time to thoroughly investigate the problem, he talked me through pros and cons of replacing the unit. He then followed up with a lengthy email with highlights from his research into new units that would fit the tight space. Who does that? In a world where it sometimes feels as though customer service is dead, Ideal Appliance sparks hope. Bravo and thanks!

Mike's a great repair guy. I was nervous about incurring a lot of additional fees after the assessment visit, but Mike ended up getting my dishwasher running well without any additional parts of service fees. He was also a cool guy. 10/10
