Brought my boots in to get lifts done today, Saturday, did not want to leave them as I don't live in St Catharines...The gentleman said it would be about an hour, I said..oh, I was told it would be about 30 minutes..he said no, let's say 40 minutes..I said okay and paid for their work. Decided to have breakfast at Sunset Grill next door and by the time I finished and went to fetch my boots it was about 40ish minutes. When I got there, the gentleman handed me the bag my boots were in and he said, Have a look to see if you are satisfied with the work. Honestly, I thought they would do a good job replacing the lifts on the heels, but oh my goodness!!! Pulling my boots out of the bag he handed me looked exactly like the boots I bought three years ago!!! Man, just gotta say, these folks do an amazing job of fixing, restoring, repairing our treasured footwear!!! I will continue to go back to Quick Heel & Sole for any boot, shoe, purse job I need done...they set their standards of quality and service higher than the rest! Thank YOU!!!

Fast, friendly and effective shoe repair. I've had Birkenstocks re-soled, stitching repaired on leather boots and shoes, and shoes re-heeled. Leather is polished and waterproofed for me without charge. While the services are not dirt cheap ($20 for new heel), shoe repair is not an easy job and it's cheaper to fix than to buy new, usually, so I find the price reasonable.

Amazing! Took my husband's winter cycling boots in to get a new zipper installed on a Sat. He said they would be ready Wed, but I said I wouldn't be able to pick them up till following Sat. A couple of hours later I got a call that they were ready. They had done a bunch of other repairs (gluing and stitching) on them as well!

I've been here many times and their service is amazing, whether it be fixing shoes, straps of purses, etc, everything is always done super quick and looks perfect! Only complaint is that one of the employees can be extremely moody and unpleasant, he's a middle-aged man with long-ish hair. The owner is usually very friendly though!

Pretty good service - fast and friendly. Got a half sole done on thrift store shoes, was quoted a range and they honored the basic price - work was ok for the amount paid. Wish they would get top quality Saphir polish and wax... Would recommend for basic work.

These guys are great. I needed new straps on my sandals and they got it done unless than a day. The shoes fit better than they did originally! Excellent quality, better than reasonable price!!

I am so happy I found them. I love vintage shoes and boats so when I find them they can be scoffed and definitely need new lifts. I am blown away with how beautiful they look and how fast they are done.

This is the real deal shoe repair shop. The owner was so friendly and understood exactly what needed to be done on my cycling shoes!This is old world charm at its best!The service and quality of work are amazing.

Brought in leather sandles and my wife's shoes to see if they could be repaired. Owner was busy but immediately served me and told me it could be done and to come back the next day. Afterwards, I was in the mall looking for a new phone case because my closing latch was about to break off. Instead of paying for a new case I thought I would go back to the repair shop and see if he could fix it. He told me he could strengthen it, and to come back in 15 minutes to get it and that my other order would also be ready. When I returned everything was done, and when I asked to pay for the phone case repair he smiled and said no charge. Highly recommend this place. Professional and courteous customer service, often hard to find today. I chatted with him for a few minutes and he has been doing this kind of work his whole life ... and it shows!
