Generally appetizing food, but had the unfortunate experience of receiving overdone fries. Manager was receptive but there was no offer of replacement for questionable item. Maybe this approach to customer relations could be revisited. Staff also appeared unhurried and pedestrian during a less than busy period which makes the issue of overdone fries baffling. Difficult times for frontline staff overall but little shifts in approach can make a huge difference to the success of a business.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Emailed as per Sonny Verma's request. Still awaiting a reply.

Shout out to LOCAL and the three lovely staff who handled a massive group of us last night! Roughly 40 of us all laughing and having a good time and this place not only was willing to accommodate but went above and beyond! Service was quick, friendly, and if we were stressing them out they never showed it! Hubby and I had the fish tacos and nachos and loved both!

Beautiful open room for some late night food and drinks. Very friendly service. The salt & pepper wings with blue cheese dip were fantastic. The pickle pizza was surprisingly delicious!

Great atmosphere and decent pizza.The Local has a good ambience for an evening cocktail. Their dining area is spacious, with a fireplace at the entrance to warm you up on those chilly evenings.The pizza was decent. It was a crispy wood-fired pizza satisfactory for a bar experience. The waitress and friends told me that the pizza here was amazing. I personally wouldn't use the word amazing, but I will say it was good.The service was relatively slow when I was here, but the staff were very polite and helpful. I will definitely return.

This is my second trip to Local. I put off reviewing due to the hope that my first poor experience was a one off. It was not. As of writing this our party has been sitting and being ignored by the staff for 15 minutes. Multiple servers have wandered by and outright ignored us. We have a wedding to get to and were hoping for a quick bite before hand. Coming to Local was a huge mistake and even though I live less than a block away I will not be back.If you’re in the area spend the extra 5 minutes and go to Beer Revolution. You won’t be disappointed.Edit..the manger made things right. But too little too late so the review stands but I. Over from one to two stars.

Honestly. Was so disappointed. I used to love going to local. Absolutely loved it. Then they change the menu and take off all the good things. Like crispy potato’s and that amazing salad with the tomato’s and homemade croutons. They left us with a very lack lustre choice of salads after that so I got the ceaser because nothing else sounded appealing and I was starving. It was a head of romaine chopped in half. And the 7$ chicken?? Wouldn’t even feed a baby. Waste of my money I only ate half of it. Ashley was our server and she was absolutely amazing. The only reason I would come back is to see her. Loved her energy and customer service was immaculate.Food drove me away. Was a loyal customer but no thank you after that. Don’t waste your money, go to social instead

Went for dine in with a larger group, they separated our tabs by name which was super easy to follow when it came time to pay. Servers were kind and attentive. Food was quite good for more of a pub setting and they have a large menu with many options. Overall, a good casual option for food and drinks. Parking lot behind the building as well!

We celebrated my friends birthday here. Reserved a table and got seated quickly. Honestly such great customer service. The waiters and hosts were very friendly and I will definitely be returning !In addition to this, the food was delicious. We had the nachos & pizza as appetizer, came fairly quick. For my entree, I ordered the chicken burger with onion rings. The onion rings were very crispy and cooked perfectly.
