Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Poor Alisha wonderful person and Pharmacist. Nothing but delays here if its not one thing its another. Alisha you deserve better you should move on. I work in healthcare and try to be patient and understanding but honestly when you have your doctors office fax a refill at 830 am and you go to pick it up at 500pm and its still on the fax machine thats NOT a good start. Then you are told the refills will be ready in 20 minutes, you come back and nothings filled yet. Just a FYI I wasn't trying to fill narcotics, simple blood pressure meds and I asked them not to fill sleeping pill, which I could see being a potential problem. I get the run around about how Im filling them early, honestly really, Im leaving the country for vacation and trying to be pro active, dont plan on taking them all at once. Will you please sit down and wait, not likely, but I will never go back after I get all my refills and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. My Dr always faxes a repeat for a script. I always call to make sure he did, and of course he did. Then I call the pharmacy and asked them if they got the fax, their reply is always no. Maybe your Dr doesn’t know how to add the area code. Oh please, he’s a doctor. One of the last times I called to verify if they spoke to my Dr about a refill they said no. I called my Dr and he indeed speak with them. I called the pharmacy back again and they insisted they never spoke to my Dr. I asked them to please put me on hold until they can figure out if they in fact spoke to them. After 10 min on hold they said they made a mistake and yes they did in fact speak to him. Now that’s pulling teeth. After that I stopped going.

I have had good experiences dealing with two of the pharmacists here, including Diane - however, there are pharmacy employees working here who are not only inefficient, but lack very basic customer service skills. Recently I presented some pre surgical prescriptions to be filled, one of which was an ongoing medication I take regularly. I dealt with a new woman I had not encountered before - she informed me that one of the items was on back order and unavailable. I was aware of this and told her to check for the replacement medication my doctor had approved in the past - to which she stated that it was also on back order and there were NO medications of this type available anywhere at that time. Her demeanor was unhelpful and extremely uncaring - I would classify it as somewhat demeaning. I proceeded to call around to other pharmacies and finally found one that had it in stock - so I called Rexall back to advise them to fax my prescription to the other pharmacy. At this point I dealt with Diane - who actually did her job and checked the in store stock and advised me they had 4 bottles of my medication which had come in the day before. All that stress because one of the employees was too arrogant to do her job properly and actually check the stock. Unacceptable. I realize that many medications are on backorder at this time - but this presents even more reason to be diligent in your job and empathetic to the customers involved. Pharmacy staff must remember that they are dealing with people's health care and mistakes can lead to serious issues. The manager of this store needs to take a serious look at staffing issues and ensure good staff are treated well enough that they want to continue working there.

Pharmacy has really gone down hill since 2014. You do a refill through the 'be well' app on Tuesday and three days later still nothing and you go to the pharmacy to check and oh still not done, I mean seriously why does it take three days for a refill? You printing out labels to then stick on to the prescription box and this is not the first time I've had issues with refills never being ready...get your act together already.

When you call to fill your prescription on Tuesday and Friday call again to make sure it’s been filled. Come to find out on Saturday that no they didn’t fill anything. Then they lie and tell you they tried calling to tell you.we all have caller ID try a different lie next time. Oh and I get the tech is “new” so that makes this all better.too many mistakes. Off to another pharmacy. Zero out of 5

My wife and I were regular customers at the Dunnville location for many years. Unfortunately, my wife was approached in front of other customers to be told that they watched one of our kids wreck a couple packages on her last visit or two. She'd be happy to pay for the packages as she didn't know about it, but the employee not only embarrassed her but he also seemed very stern. Insisting that she had been warned " if it happens again
