I had to bring in my vehicle unexpectedly and the staff were incredibly accomodating and helpful. I received detailed updates throughout the repair process (via texts, which for me was very handy as I can't always answer a phone call). Throughout the whole process, everyone I dealt with was very kind and helpful, and my vehicle came out looking amazing. Highly recommend!

I came in with an insurance call repair. I'd never heard of them at the time. They accommodated my schedule, kept me in constant communication where my van would be and what was getting done. They informed me of any hidden issues I had while working on my claim. At no point did the push me to do anything I didn't want but still kept me in the know. Absolutely incredible from start to finish! Kept me informed of schedule to bring my vehicle in when parts arrived. Sent updates when it was at their shop of what work was being completed and estimated finish time. Customer service was supreme ! Also very satisfied with the repair work! They also detailed the car as part of the repair service - incredible ! Highly recommend CSN South !
