I didn't have the best experience here. Front desk staff gave me wrong information about my contacts. Cost of eye exam is rather high compared with other providers in North Burlington.

Came in needing emergency help removing debris from eye. Dr. Samuel was able to take me in immediately, assessed my eye, explained what had to be done and took care of it right away. I was in and out in no time. Very professional experience!

Super friendly and welcoming practice. I popped by for an emergency and they were able to get me an appointment with Dr. Samuel. The doctor was patient, kind, and most importantly was able to remedy my issue. Thank you very much!

I have only good things to say about Upper Appleby Eyecare. Dr Fox-Chen has been taking care of my family for years. Dr Fox-Chen and staff are always professional and helpful with all eye related situations we have had. The office is clean, comfortable and easy to find a parking spot. My children also enjoy the kids play corner :)

You are treated like family here! Always kind and patient no matter how busy they are. Also, on my last visit I found out that my appointment was somehow cancelled (not be me) and not in their system. I had driven in from out of town and rebooking would have been into the new year. They didn't hesitate to immediately check with Dr. Corey and somehow fit me in to their schedule. Other offices would have just brushed me off and made me re-book. I can't thank them enough for that. I highly recommend Dr. Corey and all her excellent staff!

Upper Appleby Eyecare has one of the best customer service that I have seen. It is a safe and healthy environment to get your eyes checked. They also have a great selection of glasses. Dr. Samuel is very professional and amazing at what he dose. Dr. Samuel, thank you for making me feel like your family. Keep up the great work!

We are so impressed by Dr. Kwait and the team at Upper Appleby Eyecare. The front desk and assessment staff are all so welcoming and kind. I was treated first for an emergency eye infection. They were so flexible and got me in quickly to address the issue. I had to bring my 2 year old with me to many of the appointments and all the staff were wonderful in helping to distract/interact with her during my appointments. We loved it so much that both of my kids now see Dr. Kwait. She is well versed in doing exams on younger and somewhat uncooperative kids. I highly recommend Dr. Kwait for all your families optometry needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joanne Montiero's for the past 20 years, so when she retired, I was sad to see her go. I was not sure what to expect when I had my first appointment after she sold the business. I need not have worried as my experience was wonderful. Dr. Samuel was great. He made me feel comfortable, has a great sense of humor, just an overall pleasant experience. Would highly recommend him.
