Wheels on Wheels - Mobile Tire/Vehicle Service GTA

Wow! These guys are simply amazing! On my way to work, I hit a pothole. Upon arriving at work, I noticed that I ended getting a flat tire due to the impact. Wondering what options I had, I did a quick google search and came across this shop, which was pretty close to my work. I called them up, and Jon was able to hook me up with a set of new tires and got his team to come to my work to replace the flat tire. I actually ended up ordering a set of tires so that they can be of even wear. I have to say I was impressed. It was a pleasure dealing with them. They were friendly and efficient. They only took 20 mins to replace, balance, and install both my tires. Thanks guys!

Chose this place because of the high reviews. But the service was so bad, the worker was being rude to us. they ordered a tire for me with a reasonable price yet charged me so much extra on the day the tire arrived. We asked the owner but he said it was hst, which is equal to almost 26% tax. That is not legal. We wrote reviews regarding to this but the owner threatened us to take down the comments, there was almost 10 5-star reviews came from nowhere in one night boosted their ratings which seems supper suspicious. Made me wonder if the high reviews were all fake, that is the only way to explain why the rating is so high yet the service was so bad

I have been coming here for years! My go to technician is Vince as he always does an amazing job. But you can't go wrong with any of their technicians as they are a great efficient group who will go the extra mile. Definitely recommend!

Got my tires from these guys at a really good price. Great service from the people that work there too. Alan did a great job of putting on my tires and rims. He was extra careful with my rims highly recommend this place.

5 starts for sure, I had to get my tires changed over to the new set I had just bought but don’t have the tools to do it myself so I called these guys. DJ was the technician that got sent to me and I will definitely be calling him back, he came to me in a quick and respectable time frame, when he got here he got right to work but at the same time was also involved in conversation with me and made it feel like a friend was helping with my car. Again 5/5 stars

Just had another amazing experience with Wheels on Wheels. They replaced our tires last year and they nailed it again recently when we needed to replace our brakes. Our mechanic, Raymond, was on-time, professional and clearly very experienced. Can't recommend these guys enough.

the worker made a negative comment about us using inappropriate language while we were there, we had NO interactions with him AT ALL, this in unacceptable and lost our trust in their service. And they did not provide us a physical invoice for an estimate as it is requested by the Ontario consumer law. The price went from $260 to $316 and they said it is because of tax, the math does not add up. Emailed the owner about this and it took 11 emails and he still did not answer all of my concerns. Accusing us for not paying and not being a real consumer thus cannot leave reviews. Changed our tire without notifying us of what they are doing. I will no longer try to contact the owner directly since he is just ignoring my concerns and twisting my words.
