COOL PLACE!! NUMEROUS GIRLS STUFF AND MY YOUNGEST SISTER GOT HER EARS PIERCED HERE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Store was supposed to be closed by 8.But was told 15 minutes before that the store is closed and also was asked multiple times to finish asap.

I took my niece to get her second ear piercing for her 19th birthday, and it was a great experience. Associate was careful, attentive, took her time to get the placement right and very patient.

The products are bad equality, I got earrings and they turned black after one use

Went to get my daughter's ears pierced for her 3rd birthday, and the manager named Maya came out giving my husband and I attitude when we asked about the piercings. Then we had to over for more than 30 minutes while the store was empty, for my little girls piercings. And after all that waiting she was beyond rude and made my daughter's piercings super uneven. Will NOT be coming back.

They have some reasonably priced stuff here and the sales are great!

Was a great experience for me and my daughter. We did a matching piercing:)) A bit pricey, but I clean and safe environment. Also, quick and painless piercing with the gun, wide selection of studs.

My bestie & I got our third piercings here. We looked around the shop while waiting for our turn & also picking out our jewelry. Everything was going okay until we were cashing out. We were paying & we noticed the prices were higher than what we read on the board & we had asked about them. The lady kind of gave us attitude about it… & proceeded to say that they’re the old prices, not the new ones. She even asked us if we were done looking & took the board away from us prior but no one let us know about the change in pricing. The first lady said they were current as well. We were genuinely asking & the difference in price wasn’t a couple of dollars or something small. Please update your board to your actual prices now if that’s the case or make it known verbally at least, & be sympathetic/empathetic about it.
