I came to this store just to look at some new clothes. I liked the organization of this shop very much. I liked the behavior of the store manager. She was perfect with me. I am satisfied with everything here. Thank you guys

The store was pretty dirty like there was visible dust monsters not bunnies monsters. The staff was a bit hard to identify when they weren't behind the counter but still friendly when you did find one. The overall experience didn't make me want to buy anything there.

They have some really nice, trendy clothes at affordable prices and there's often a sale in store. The quality isn't horrible nor is it great, so just keep that in mind with the cheaper prices.

I asked the employee who is an asian lady that if there are flare pants and she said no however I found some pair of pants which appeared to be flarepants.

Clothing has gone downhill. You used to find some quirky shirts, toques, or at least some decent well made everyday items that were decent price. Now its gone the cheaper hyper trendy route or just plain ugly clothes of bad quality. Wash your $3 t-shirt you bought there and watch the seams come apart. Can't even buy a decent pair of bluenote jeans.(and this is what they were known for) rude customer service, messy ailes of clothes and loud, annoying techno music makes for an overall unpleasant experience.

Usually i visit at many stores and I never had an experience like that two days ago me and friend went to this store and we try some clothes and put aside just for the option and there was one brown girl, she said, she is a manager over there. She behaves very rudely just like she don’t have any manner how to communicate with customers. She said you have to fix all the clothes that you tried even this is her job to fix store not our. It’s my worse experience ever, I don’t appreciate it.

Came in the store today at central city location . I bought a pants . But the whole experience was amazing for me , that cashier made the whole process comfortable. She greeted ,smiled thru her mask .. she was kind and nice . Felt like she loved her job . Anyways I will go back to that store and recommend friends and family .Store#9113Sales#902454
