Om Indian Bazaar & Imperial Paan

It was nice when it opened, but has steadily gone downhill.Empty shelves, expired product, messy store and employees nowhere to be found.Too bad, I used to like shopping here but I won't be back.

The best curries in Kingston, in our wide experience. More than 6 takeout dishes ready to go in steam trays; no waiting which is a big bonus. Always a good paneer curry and lots of other curries to try. Always a good variety of dishes that are immediately available. No waiting. Pleasant, friendly staff.

I used to really like their paneer tikka masala but on my most recent take out it only had 4 small pieces of paneer in it (aka my favourite part) and the gravy was waaaay thicker then normal, too thick! The masala pav was on a grocery store hamburger bun. Roti and paratha good.

The best Indian food in Kingston, whether it's Vada Pav or Samosa or Bread Pakora or Chat. It is the best.I have tried food from other restaurants too but the quality, quantity and taste of Imperial Paan is beyond the expectations.This place is so good that even my family from Whitby and London loved it.Thank You so much Imperial paan. But I am really waiting for the day when you'll add south indian food in the menu.

There is nothing glamorous about this place, so if you want fancy it’s not for you… however, if you are into no fuss food, this place is for you! Their samosas are the best I’ve ever had, and every single dish I’ve tried has been heavenly. Home cooked, deliciousness, for a great price!

My friend recommended me this store and when I visited it, I was surprised because in India also I was not getting this many different kind of Indian dishes and ingredients at one place.This is the best Indian grocery store I have ever visited

Disappointed because with every visit , the quantity of the drinks and food reduces and price remains the same. Will not visit as often as before now.

The Imperial Paan has some tasty traditional sweet treats, and take out meals and smoothie like drinks too. The Bazaar wasn't fully stocked, but I was told by the polite and helpful staff that they are expecting a delivery soon.

This place is worst. Never visit.2 3 times I got the expired product and when I went to return them the person who was there was talking so rudely.Today I got one Ayurvedic medication and when I came home and open the bottle it was already opened from inside and was already half used. They only have expired products. Worst place in kingston.

I didnt wanted to give 1 star rating because I am also a restaurant owner and I know the value of 1 negative review. I am regular customer of imperial from like 2 months now and had no complain about food at all. Food is always awesome. I want to complain about a girl that is working in front. She needs some training on customer service, very unprofessional. I ordered 2 thali and she was in a rush to go home because it was already 9pm. She did a mistake and put the curries in small spaces so I told her that you made mistake and she was like 'yeah I did it by mistake'. Instead of correcting her mistake she kept on going and made a same mistake for second curry. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to argue with her. But I will make sure that if she is working at the front I am not ordering food and I will walk out.
