This new store is worse for customers than the previous one. The staff was good to me, but...There are only 3 parking spots on The Queensway (certainly not enough at busy times), and staff says there are a few spots in the back" (which I did not see when I looked for them)

The place was well stocked and the staff was really helpful when I wanted to ask about the kinds of beers available. The staff member with an ear ring was really kind to help me carry the beer cases to my car.

Perfectly good beer store. Lots of parking right out front, which makes this one of the better locations in the neighborhood. Friendly staff, lots of carts and bins for returning empties. If you bring in enough empties, you could buy some beer. How great is that?

Some employees must have sat out the customer service training. Pretty rude dudes. I brought my case over to the cash where an employing was waiting. Actually.. this cash isn't open". No 'sorry'

New, the place is now a walk in fridge !! Good selection of beer basics and a section for new arrivals. Can pick and choose an 8 pack.

Update: NEW store opened in Mar 2022, and even though the store is stunning, the staff is extremely rude. On at least a couple of occasions it was very unpleasant to observe that kind of attitude towards customers.Previous Review: There is now a condo in place of the Beer Store, why aren't Google Maps updated?
