Recently took possession of a condo managed by Citysearch. I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Mary-Carole and Janice so far and both have been absolute professionals. They are always easy to contact and work with. Being a renter that used to own a property management company, you can tell that they take pride in their work and strive to deliver a great experience to their tenants, not just the landlord. The move in experience was quick and painless with an excellent system to fairly track the property’s condition. Any deficiencies noted in the move in report were resolved quickly with prompt communication along the way. If I knew anyone searching for a rental in Calgary, I would confidently recommend them!

Our condo board has been working with Citysearch, and in particular, Tia and Kathy, for a couple of years now. What a great team! They really care about our community and put their hearts and souls into their work by helping us maintain a safe, beautiful and welcoming home for all. Thanks Tia and Kathy for your diligence!

I have been working with Citysearch for the past two years on all of their properties, doing photography, iguide tours and measurements. It is clear why Citysearch is multi- award winning! Citysearch Rental Network is a great company that resolved my problem. I felt my needs were met with a speedy resolution. Contractors were both accommodating on times and dates. They resolved my bathroom fan problem with ease and I'd highly recommend anyone who does business with this professional company.

Unfortunately, we have had a terrible experience with Citysearch. They were unprofessional and lacked compassion. The staff turnover is significant and we were often dealing with a new person. For major issues such as window insulation and an unsafe rotting deck, quotes were done twice but the issues were never repaired within a 2 year time frame. They charged us several hundred dollars to remove an appliance that the new tenants had previously stated they wanted to keep, stating that ‘sometimes, life isn’t fair’. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, there was a time where there were concerns regarding physical safety in an aggressive relationship but no compassion or assistance was offered in terms of flexibility on move out date, changing locks etc. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a property management company.

CitySearch is one of the best property management companies I've had. They're very professional, quick, understanding, and all around great. Vicky Glenn is one of the best! She always responds extremely quick and has great solutions for my questions. I highly recommend her and CitySearch!

I recently moved into Carrington Plaza NW which is professionally managed by the Citysearch Rental Network Inc.Before I begin, I'd like to mention that this review is written with the intention to provide a 100% honest and constructive feedback regarding my family's experience thus far. I hope it achieves its purpose and that my feedback is taken into consideration by the team at Citysearch Rental Network Inc.At about 3pm today, I received a phone call from a lady (name omitted for privacy) that works for Citysearch Rental regarding the proper disposal of cardboard boxes in recycle bins located in between both buildings on the surface parking lot of this apartment complex.Before I elaborate on the call, I'd like to begin by commending how well maintained the complex is. It's been 4 days since my family and I moved in and we've already seen cleaners ensuring the property is in tip-top shape.It's been a great experience thus far!To elaborate on the phone call, the lady I spoke with addressed the fact that cardboard boxes should not be left outside of the recycle bins and that we should keep any overflow within our condo unit until the recycle bins have been emptied.She began by introducing herself, then by confirming that I moved in on April 16th and then by asking me whether I left empty cardboard boxes outside the bins.I replied by explaining I did, as the bins were full and that there were already other boxes left outside as well, to which there was no response. This made it feel personal.I apologized right away and mentioned that it would not happen again. She replied by saying that I would not believe just how many complaints they've received regarding the inconveniences it had caused, which by the way was also an inconvenience to me and my family that there wasn't a place for us to properly recycle our boxes as the bins were full. We have yet to figure out what their schedule is like for the collection of garbage and recyclables.Overall, I am pleasantly surprised with the level of attention to detail in regards to this. I guess it shows just how seriously they take their management responsibilities.Some thoughts I have which can hopefully be taken as constructive feedback.- Firstly, in the 14 years that I have lived in various apartments in Calgary, never once was this a concern with any property management company, let alone being called about this matter while I was at work.- Secondly, the tone of voice; She seemed quite irritated when speaking with me. I'm sure it wasn't actually personal but it did come off as though I was the only one at fault.- Empathy; Additionally, not once, did she ask how our move went on Sunday, for which we paid a considerable amount for the elevator booking. Not once did she say that we weren't the only ones that weren't aware of the rules.- Thirdly; awareness of the garbage/recyclable collection schedule and rules. It would be nice for tenants to know what the schedule looks like for this so that the awareness is equally present.- Lastly; acknowledgement of payment for services rendered by Citysearch Rental Network Inc. Money isn't an issue by any means but tenants do pay for the setup of their intercom and elevator move-in booking and haven't received acknowledgment or a receipt of any sort from Citysearch Rental Network Inc. Yes, it's an intangible service, but that doesn't mean we don't have any form of acknowledgement other than the e-transfer confirmation.That's it, that's all! I hope this helps anyone else that lives in a condo professionally managed by Citysearch Rental Network Inc.Other than that, everything else is going great. Cheers ✨
