Horrible customer service, absolutely rude staff. I went in person to try to book an appointment because the website and app are USELESS. The girl behind the glass was talking so quietly I couldn't hear her over the other staff and patrons. I asked her to speak up and she had a meltdown and walked away.The other staff member proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do in person and I had to call in or book online. What kind of a place is this that you can not book an appointment in person!? She proceeded to tell me how stressed and overworked they all are. I look around and there were 2 people and no line up outside. I was blown away, yeah looks really busy" I remarked.I guess I will try to navigate the broken website or try to get through to a number that nobody ever answers to try to finally get blood work done. What a joke this place is."

Horrible, suppose to be 5min wait time for walk in turn into 1.5hr because the staff had tech issues with pulling req from their site... then they bump 2 walk in, front of me because they lost my queue . Explained I had a full bladder and just need a cup with a label, they didn't care.

This location is so gross. I came in for a blood test and when I went to the stall there was garbage all over the ground of the stall like used tourniquets and the packaging from used alcohol wipes. Then I noticed that there was a blood smear on the left arm of that seat. I let them know about the blood on the seat and they asked me to go to stall #2, which also had garbage strewn all over the floor. They came to see me in stall #2 and had to run to another stall to grab a clean tourniquet and needle. Then I went to the bathroom but it had no toilet paper so I let them know and they directed me to the other bathroom, which had diarrhea all over the seat so I couldn't use it. Don't book here. And the staff were also extremely rude to people, turning them away about 45 minutes before closing time, same as the experience that other people have had.

Never had a worst experience at a facility before. This has to be my first negative review ever written. In for a breath test that I booked an appointment for and took time off work. They said they close in 15 mins and refused to do the test. One of staff was insanely rude about it and told me with a sassy attitude they are closing, it’s 3:15 I’m not doing it for you and to rebook in the morning.Now I need to go on antibiotics and that means I can’t book for another month.Life labs website says nothing about having to do such test in the am or I would have booked that time. Also don’t appreciate how rude he or she was.

Do not go here! Women are rude, not helpful, will not tell you the information you need. Waste of time.Go to the on in burnaby by Metrotown. Staff are terrific there and caring.

Online it says they’re open for walk ins.I just spent 30mins getting there by transit to find out they don’t accept walk ins.There were ONLY 2 people waiting for tests. How can I not be squeezed in for a test that takes less than 10 minutes to finish.We need a company that can handle walk ins.Lifelabs isn’t up for the job, this location.I have submitted a report on Lifelabs with BBB.this place needs to be held accountable, whoever is managing this place needs to step up and fix issues with this locations.unprofessional attitude towards its customers health.

Have been using this location since it opened. Always professional, clean & as efficient as the volume of clients allows.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!Also, in general, hire a team to train your employees how to multitask. By sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours I was able to see how poorly they execute each procedure. Maybe they can try working in the service industry for a day.. that’ll teach them quickly.

Long wait the staff does not encourage Social distancing, I waited my turn & more patients were flowing in & walking inches from me , standing 2 to 3 inches from me. While staff was Taking my info, a woman came in with 2 other people & came right up close to me & I looked at her in disbelief, like does social distancing not apply to her, and she looked at me and asked me, what was wrong with me, I said, social distance????? Then she just became verbally abusive right in front of staff, not at all exceptable, should of recorded this , where do I complain, we are 3rd year into pandemic, can't believe some people.e just don't get it!!!!!
