Matt did a terrific job from start to finish. His assessment of my needs was simple to understand and I didn't feel like I was being sold a tesla when all I needed was a dodge. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable when he can to the house to do the installation. When it came time to explain how the system worked, he was patient in helping me understand not only the hardware installed in the home, but also the use of the phone app...not a small feat! Thank you Matt, I feel safe and secure in a way that I haven't in the last few months.

Matt was our go to guy for the supply and install of our security for our commercial addition and renovation. We recieved the best service from him and his team. I am the Administrator for a small Seniors Complex Apartment Building. We have had three workings with Key-Bro and I can't say enough about how happy we were with our encounters. First we had them in to replace all of our Intercom Systems as the others were getting pretty old and tending not to work from time to time. Recently we had the need to replace the dead bolts on all of our apartments. Then we changed all the door knobs for levers to make it easier for our seniors. Key-Bro and their staff, Matt and Ryan, were just great. We requested our items and they were very quick to find and order what was necessary and then install them in a timely manner. These two gentlemen are very knowledgable. In their workings with the residents of our building they were very pleasant and friendly and we were all pleased with the results of their work.

I highly recommend Key Bro Security. They were very flexible and professional. I called looking to book an appointment with short notice and they were able to fit me in. On top of that the man I spoke to was on vacation and still answered his phone and took care of setting up a time for Keith to come to my house. On November 16th, after a crazy storm, I called KeyBro Security Solutions to fix one of the locks at my home. I was able to reach them through the phone number provided on the website. They were so quick to attend to the situation; in fact they were able to fix the lock at my house almost immediately! When KeyBro arrived to my house they were timely, polite, and dressed in the appropriate PPE for COVID-19. The issue with the lock was resolved quickly and professionally. I certainly hope we do not have more issues with our locks, but if we do, we WILL be calling KeyBro Security Solutions in the future. 5 Star rating for these guys!Thanks again @KeyBro!
