After given a long wait time before a service provider from KitchenAid could come, I located Anything Appliance online. It was a Friday before a Monday holiday week-end and they were able send a tech that very afternoon. Adam arrived on time, made an acurate diagnosis, told me the cost of repair upfront, and fully solved the problem. No more water pooling in the bottom of my refrigerator. Adam gets extra stars for allowing me to hang out watching and talking the whole time.

Very impressed. Bill was professional and able to clearly explain what needed to be fixed. He even took photos. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. The price was fair too!
