Great work and quality but the price is very high and the waiting period is very long. Sorry highwood upholstery but it was your work. It was your company that I dropped off my items with and 3 weeks later it was finally finished. It was not the other upholstery shop it was your house and the work you do out of your garage. My apologies if you tend to disagree but it’s the truth. You may not have done work for a gentleman by the google account of glen penman but I 100 % guarantee it was your shop I could post the invoice to prove it was your work and it was 3 weeks and it was 300 dollars.

I am heartbroken by the job done to my chair. I wish they had communicated struggles and left it as is. The whole picture is how the chair looked prior to repair/break that necessitated repair. The close ups are after.
