It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tracy and Brent at La Maison D’Or. We felt comfortable and confident with Tracy helping us find an engagement ring, as she was extremely respectful and laid back. Tracy was kind, genuine, and down to earth when I had questions - and there were many. She went above and beyond multiple times to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my ring throughout the selection and sizing process. We had a modest budget, and were never made to feel as such. When selecting my ring between two options we had the opportunity to meet Brent, who ultimately helped me make my decision. He brought us into the hallway to see the ring in the sunlight shining through the sky light window - a moment we will remember forever. He was knowledgeable and could tell how to help me make my choice.Everyone there is a true professional at their trade. The entire staff at Maison D'or are just absolutely lovely.Yesterday, my Mom and I went in and spoke with Tracy/Traci who was gracious, kind and an absolute gem for answering all of our million questions about getting jewelry appraised. She and the owner Brent helped us set up an appoint to go over 85 pieces of my Aunt's estate.Today, we went for that appointment and met with Brent. He, out of the kindness of his own heart, did all the pieces for a rough appraisal for free - which he didn't have to. He was very impressed with my Aunt's collection. We set aside a number of pieces for professional and long term appraisal, and he informed us that we didn't have to pay today but upon pick up. We even offered a deposit, but he refused.While we were there, we were checked on, waited on with some water and had a fun time. For one brief moment, it didn't feel like we were going over the Estate jewelry , my Mom and I were just having fun.They offered their condolences, listen to our stories and made us feel like we picked the right place to do our business.10/10, highly recommend, also their jewelry is so amazing. Definitely a store to come back to for appraisal, and obviously, to shop at. Will be back in the future.

My fiance and I had the most wonderful experience working with Laura. She was very kind, helpful and informative. She did all she could to allow me to get my dream ring while staying within our budget. And when there was a slight issue with the sizing, Tammy made sure to get my ring resized very quickly so that I could make an engagement party on time. Amazing store! Great prices but it's really the staff, the owner, Brent and the quality of the jewelry that keeps us coming back time and time again. It doesn't have to be an engagement ring nor a wedding ring set, you can simply want a piece of jewelry then go get the most amazing piece at LA MAISON D'OR! The way the staff as well as the owner, Mr. Harden treats you, makes you feel like the family you have always dreamed of. Service is amazing. Helpful, considerate about budget allotment. We purchased our wedding engagement rings in 2007 and returned in 2023 to have adjustment in sizing. Extremely satisfied with service.Was taken aback by the owner giving us some gemstones for our grandchildren. This was a very precious moment of choosing gemstones for each grandchild that would have meaning to them. We went in looking for wedding bands with an idea of what we wanted but had been unsuccessful in finding “just the right ones” at other jewellers. Tracy took the time with us and listened to what we were looking for and then showed us exactly that! She was so kind and patient in helping us to find the rings that we will wear for the rest of our lives. This store has everything: beautiful jewelry, custom options, and wonderful staff. Thank you!

I love my new “redesigned” ring!A few years ago, my son drew a sketch of how I wanted my engagement and wedding band to be blended together.Recently I was browsing around Orleans Mall and casually walked into La Maison D’Or and was pleasantly greeted by Tracy. I asked Tracy if it would be possible to redesign the two rings together and she said yes. Thankfully I kept my son’s sketch in my purse (it was tattered by then) I showed it to Tracy. She immediately said, we can work with your son’s sketch, no problem! Tracy was very thorough when describing the steps involved for the new design. She put my mind at ease that my rings would be in experienced hands and that I would be notified of the progress along the way.I received the ring, Wow the transformation was exactly what my son had drawn! It is simply beautiful! Not only did my husband give me these rings 28 years ago, they've now been redesigned by our son. How special is that?!? We recently went into the jewelry store as they so generously donated a ring to the wedding show and my daughter was the lucky recipient. I have never in my life come across such an incredible business owner. He met us as we came in the door and was so kind in every way, he truly went above and beyond anything we were expecting. After such incredibly hard times during Covid it was nice to see a business owner treat his clients with such kindness and generosity. He took the time to get to know my daughter and her story, by the time we left we felt like we had just spoken to a friend we hadn't seen in a long time.
