My twin sister and I was going to pick up our new glasses but the store was close until 11 o'clock. So we decided to go to the peoples Jewellers to browse around. They have a lot of jewelry. The women was very nice to let us browse around.

I went in to the store today looking to buy some earrings for myself, and the workers not only made me wait 30min to even be talked to, but after spending three mins talking to me, went and served other customers while I waited an hour and ten minutes for no one to serve me or help me. I had been there long before the other customers arrived and I had even tried to get the lady’s attention by saying “hey I’m sorry, I know which ones Id like to buy now”. And she completely ignore me. I may be a teenager but that was uncalled for and I didn’t deserve to be ignored the whole time I was there.I will be taking my business somewhere else as the level of respect was nowhere near worthy of business. And I urge others to do the same because it’s happened to more than just me.

Bought a beautiful ring from Store Manager Avid Azimzadeh in Ottawa. I drove from Cornwall, On to Ottawa to purchase it. Avid was so knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy! She was also willing to stay til end of day to meet me for the purchase. Thanks Avid for great customer service!

Website implies you can go to an in person store to exchange a ring. I went in person and was told I couldn't, I had to return and re-buy instead. Price of the ring has gone up 1000$ since I bought originally, so now I'm down 1000$ for an exchange"."

Went in to purchase an engagement ring for my now fiance. Didn't know her size. Bought a ring once I was explained that it could be resized under the protection plan for about 100$ super reasonable.Sent my fiance in with the ring and my visa and she was explained it would be more than 560$Worst experience ever. Thanks for making my engagement special...Do not recommend
